Symantec Backup Exec & ODS

WE are also having a problem with Symantec Backup exec - we are about to commence the upgrade of over 100 of our servers on many sites, many of which use this product for backup. We have only just found out that it's not supported on 8.5

Does anyone know if anyone if the ODS version makes any difference - if we don't upgrade this will Backuo exec work?

We were told my Symantec...
"At the moment 12.5 doesn’t support Lotus 8.5 and is unlikely to. The first version to support it will be the new release of BE due early November"
